Biography
Dr. Black received his MD from the University of Utah, and completed his residency training in psychiatry at the University of Iowa. He is a Professor and Vice Chair for Education in the Department of Psyhcaitry. He has more than 350 publications and is a leading authority on personality disorders. He also serves as a consultant to the Iowa Department of Corrections. He has lectured on borderline personality disorder and the STEPPS treatment program in the US and internationally
